Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after the order is marked delivered. Requests submitted after the 30-day period may be declined.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
SOUTHERN JUNGLE URBAN BRAND reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet these requirements or that is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same product when inventory is available. Exchange merchandise is not reserved until the original item is received and approved. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose an eligible refund or store credit.
Only one complimentary exchange shipment may be offered per eligible order when expressly approved by SOUTHERN JUNGLE URBAN BRAND. Any additional exchange-related shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
For standard returns caused by preference, fit, size selection, or a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless SOUTHERN JUNGLE URBAN BRAND made an error.
When an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, SOUTHERN JUNGLE URBAN BRAND will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a prepaid return label, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 calendar days after delivery. The request should include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item, and photographs of the shipping package when relevant. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is resolved.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, misuse, unauthorized alterations, and damage caused after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
After an approved return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the financial institution to post the credit. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotion, bundle discount, or free-shipping threshold, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the terms of the original offer. Any adjustment will be explained before the refund is finalized.
When store credit is selected or issued, it will be provided in the approved amount and may be subject to separate terms shown at the time of issuance. Store credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for return packages until they are delivered to the approved return address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. SOUTHERN JUNGLE URBAN BRAND is not responsible for return packages lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged in transit when the return label was not provided by us.
Orders begin processing quickly. A cancellation or shipping-address change is not guaranteed after an order is placed. If an order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, the customer must follow the applicable return process after delivery.
We may limit or refuse returns, exchanges, or future purchases when we reasonably identify excessive returns, suspected fraud, wardrobing, altered merchandise, repeated claims without supporting information, or other abuse of this policy.
SOUTHERN JUNGLE URBAN BRAND may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the order date will generally apply to that purchase. Any material update will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
